Commercial Trucks Detoured West at Nugent's Corner
Press Release, Whatcom County Emergency Operations Center (EOC), 01/09/09The Washington State Patrol has confirmed that State Highway 9 is again open to commercial truck traffic from Sumas south to Nugent's Corner. Truck traffic heading south must detour west either through Everson to Pole Road and Guide Meridian Road, or west on Mt. Baker Highway at Nugent's Corner as Highway 9 remains closed to through traffic south of Deming. |
